Welcome to the Mid-Sask Ag Services Ltd. Website!
We hope you will find in these pages a wealth of useful information in a clear, easy to read format.
Mid-Sask Ag Services Ltd. is a relatively young company, but our staff has years of experience in their fields. Our agronomy and crop inputs specialists have formal training as well as a wealth of knowledge gained from hands-on experience.
Mid-Sask Ag Services also offers a wide range of other products and services to meet the needs of our customers. Our product lines include fertilizer, seed, chemical, and feed, as well as ancillary products such as twine. Our services include agronomy, custom services such as transportation, spraying, seeding, combining and floating, soil and grain sampling, seed coating, and crop scouting.
We are a privately-owned agriculture supply and farm inputs provider. We distribute Esso-branded bulk fuel and lubricants, as well as operate Cardlock facilities in Saskatoon and Yorkton.
As we venture further into the 21st century, technology becomes an increasingly important factor in the agriculture industry. In recognition of that fact, Mid-Sask has built this website with our customers in mind. In our pages you will find not only a “yellow pages” ad, but also expert commentary, a window into our corporate citizenship, and links to other sites with useful, timely information. We’ll have monthly updates on our “Ask the Experts” page, and look for our “Producer Account Link,” coming later this year.
We’d like to hear from you. Your feedback, whether it’s regarding the website or any other aspect of our company, is valuable and welcome.
So, welcome, enjoy, and please, come again to Mid-Sask Ag Services Ltd.

HISTORY
Mid-Sask Ag Services Ltd. was incorporated on February 16, 2001, and commenced operations on April 1st of that year, as a member of Siemens Transportation Group. Initially, there were 10 sites: Sutherland (Saskatoon), Saskatoon Cardlock, Biggar, Perdue, Langham, Osler, Wakaw, Radisson, Herschel, and Rosetown.
In 2002, operations at Herschel and Rosetown were discontinued. Locations in North Battleford, Lloydminster, Glaslyn, Spiritwood, and Turtleford were added to our business in 2002. (Turtleford was closed in late 2004.) Growth continued in 2004, with the takeover of Imperial Oil sites in Yorkton, Rhein, Kamsack, Canora, Russell, and Roblin; and further in 2005, with Bredenbury and Swan River.
During the off-season, Mid-Sask employs over 60 full and part-time employees. This number jumps to well over 110 during the spring anhydrous season. As of Summer 2005, our locations span 3 provinces and our customer base consists of more than 3000 individuals, farms, and businesses.
